Integration with ERP

With the integration of NAS® and your existing ERP system, you avoid the unnecessary duplication of data input and reduce the risk of errors. Master data, such as material lists, units, customers, and delivery addresses, are normally sent from the business system to NAS®. As an ERP system usually does not lead all the necessary information, master data can also be maintained on NAS®.

The transfer of documents is most important. Normally, these arise on the business system, which sends them to NAS®. However, NAS® takes care of document execution and sends the realisation data back to the business system. Typical types of handling required by documents are:

  • Takeover
  • Production
  • Movement
  • Reclassification
  • Dispatch

Document realisations can be sent to the business system when a document is closed, or concurrently with any changes in the document realisation. Since some business systems do not know how to combine the same events on the same day, the document realisation can be sent partially at specific time intervals, e.g. every eight hours.

In our rich history, we have linked NAS® with business systems such as SAP, BAAN, Navision, Kopa, and MC. We can connect systems using a wide variety of communication methods, such via exchange tables, file exchange of files, or Web services.
